Kevin Kacvinsky

Kevin is a nonprofit operations executive at the national level who designs, builds, and implements the systems, processes, and infrastructure organizations need to fund and scale their missions. As the founder of Mission by Design, a boutique consultancy built on the idea that marketing and fundraising belong together, he brings nearly two decades of experience and a no-nonsense approach to helping nonprofits build real capacity from the inside out.

His work focuses on designing end-to-end fundraising operations: donor pipelines, campaign architecture, automation workflows, and the messaging frameworks that keep donors engaged and revenue consistent. The goal isn’t to create dependency on outside help. It’s to leave every organization more capable than he found it.

Kevin partners with nonprofit leaders and boards to get them “unstuck” and help them develop organizations that match the ambition of their mission.
